About Us
Tinytop Carnival Corn is a VERY small (one gal and her family) snack food producer in Fresno CA, exclusively serving the Fresno/Clovis area. We founded our business as a way to make ends meet during the 2020 pandemic layoffs, by bringing beloved family recipes to the general public for everyone to enjoy. Unlike other kettle corn makers our focus isn't on making large batches of single flavor product on site at events. Our snacks are made in small batches in our licensed home kitchen to closely guarded family recipes with an emphasis on quality over quantity. We make our products no more than 48 hours prior to purchase to ensure the freshest snack experience. We use simple ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives, and you won't find unfamiliar unpronounceable ingredients listed on our labels. Our goal is to produce high quality delicious snacks at a price that anyone can afford
Our Traveling Snack Stand
We love to meet our customers out in our local community. You may find our snack stand at local bake sales or food swaps, and certified farmers' markets. With a focus on quality over quantity our snack stand is equipped with a limited variety of products each day, and once we sell out we close for the day. Our stand is available to rent in the local area for party and event catering. Rental includes our striped pop-tent snack stand, and a smartly dressed staff member to hand out a set amount of prepaid snacks to your event guests. Product Orders & Party Packs
Custom orders are always welcome as
an alternative to buying from our booth. With custom ordering you let us know
what size and flavor you want, we make it fresh, and you pick it up directly
from our cottage food operation.
We also cater to parties and larger events with our Party Packs. Our Party Packs are large orders of our 1 cup bags, the perfect size for guest favors! We can custom design our labels with the name of your event. These are ideal for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, and corporate events where you want to send your guests away with a special kettle corn treat.

Our Licensing
We're proud of our "Class A" cottage food operation license. Our dedication to our license lets you know that we take your health and safety seriously and we'll always hold our food products to the highest standards. Our license also regulates our sales to "direct sales only" meaning we cannot ship our items at this time. All transactions must occur in person at our cottage food operation (you pick up your order) or direct from us to you at our popcorn stand. We are equipped to accept both cash and cards, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.
